Serving East St. Louis communities with Comprehensive Emergency Services, Job Training and Placement Services, Homemaker Program, Adult Day Care Services, Youth Programs and more.
I visited the programs of the Lessie Bates Davis Neighborhood House in April of this year. The poor economic situation and challenges faced by the community weighed heavily on mind during my visit, but I was heartened to see the help provided by the good people working at the center and the great benefits that their efforts brought to the community.
